check in was smooth but we had to pay some $100 fee on top of the $100 refundable deposit for “cleaning” but they don’t even do housekeeping, they do “linen exchange”. room was clean however it smelled extremely fishy the whole time, i had to spray perfume all over the room every day, i believe it’s because we were above the restaurant that is connected to the hotel. tv did not work the entire time we stayed, bad wifi that the tv kept disconnecting from. they also do not serve breakfast. our toilet also stopped working on the 2nd day of our 4 night stay, and we told the front desk as we were leaving to go out for the night, came back & it was “fixed” but periodically would run loudly, filling with water etc. location is very nice, there is a foot washer directly outside of the hotel along with a staircase down to the sand. check in & check out were both very easy, parking deck gets full fast though & theres only about 15ish (give or take a few) spots per level with 4 levels of a parking deck. Outdated furniture in rooms but nonetheless got the job done.

This is the first time that we’ve gone to a resort that housekeeping does not come into the room to clean. We have to take the garbage out outside the door as well as dirty towels. Good thing though that they replace the towels daily. We had a very nice room and impressed initially about the way it looked clean. However, the floors were not as clean as we had wanted because our kids socks got dirty walking on the floor the first day so I ended up cleaning the floor myself every other day. We did enjoy the big heated pool that was kept clean even the surrounding area. The staff were also friendly.

Very quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfast with hot and cold items, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and a barista for made to order drinks. Be sure to check about restaurant hours. They were closed on the days we were there so we went to a couple of local nearby. Wine tasting was a fun feature and the grounds are beautiful. Check in, check out, and parking was very easy even with a wedding party on site. We would definitely stay again.
